Khorus and CliftonStrengths

The CliftonStrengths assessment offers individuals and companies a proven, researched-backed method for capitalizing on their unique combination of talents, knowledge, and skills.

How does CliftonStrengths work?

Using CliftonStrengths begins with an individual assessment. Once you complete the assessment, you receive a report on your top 5 strengths (see the full lists of 34 strengths here).

After your team members have all taken the assessment, they can begin working to maximize and apply their own strengths at work, as well as understanding the unique combination of strengths present in their colleagues—individually and as a group.

It only takes a few seconds to add your top 5 strengths to Khorus. Once employees have all added this data to their profiles, you can view aggregate strengths across the company or various teams. See which of the four strengths domains (Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, or Strategic Thinking) your team is strongest in, access tables of team strengths instantly, and develop plans for strengths-based collaboration going forward.

What are the benefits of using a strengths solution?

Gallup has done a wealth of research on the positive outcomes that strengths-based people and teams experience. Here are a few examples of those benefits:

  • Morale and motivation improve (those who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged).

  • Individuals achieve more (those who use their strengths every day are 8% more productive).

  • Managers are empowered to give better feedback, tailor goals to employees, and assemble optimal project teams, all leading to better results (when managers help their teams recognize and act on strengths, the team has 12.5% greater productivity).
